Venlo, 14. June 2011, Scheuten Solar ’s latest solution: Multisol® Integra Vitro portrait, enables better matching to the roof form factors compared to landscape mounting. Scheuten Solar is the first PV module manufacturer offering this portrait flexibility for the Integra system, enabled by the unique robustness of the Vitro glass-glass laminate.
Multisol® Integra Vitro is a universal roof-integrated solution, fit for nearly all pitched roofs. The Integra Vitro system is powered by Scheuten’s unique glass-glass Multisol® Vitro laminate, featuring f | solarfloat HT glass with its unique stiffness and robustness. This explains Integra Vitro’s ability to be mounted vertically (portrait mode) and replacing the roof tiles in part or completely. The high mechanical strength of the module boasts excellent wind and snow load resistance.
Multisol® Vitro & Integra Vitro modules feature an industry leading 30 years power output warranty and a 12 years product warranty, which are enabled by Vitro’s laminate design and best-in-class f | solarfloat HT glass (produced by f | glass, a joint venture of Scheuten & Interpane).
“By listening to our customers and understanding the market needs, we decided to introduce this flexible and space saving roof-integrated solution”, states Theodoor Scheerder, Director Sales & Marketing of Scheuten Solar. “Thanks to the excellent performance and quality of the Vitro laminate we are able to create this additional flexibility with the Multisol® Integra Vitro system, as first and sole manufacturer.”
