Merkendorf, July 26th 2011, Payom Solar AG enters into the business of self%operating solar power plants. The launch for the first two plants takes place in the Italian province Novara. Photovoltaic power plants with an output of 1MWp each are being installed in the communities Caltignaga and Momo.
The construction of both plants has already begun, thus they will be finished by the end of August this year. The management is then taken over by the Italian subsidiary Solen Energy Italia. The funds for the construction of the two free%field plants derive from the issue of the corporate bond.
“Thereby, we are now moving into the highly profitable business of self%operating solar power plants. Through the revenues from the bond, we are shortly going to start the construction of further plants that are going to secure us a continuous inflow of revenues” explains Daniel Grosch, chairman of Payom Solar AG.
